General Terms and conditions
1. Coverage
These general terms and conditions (AGB) are valid for area of application for all supplies of Coins of Germany to consumers (§13 BGB).
Consumer is any natural person, who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose, which cannot be seen as belonging to either the persons' commercial or self-employed occupational activity.

3. offerings and conclusion of contract
3.1 The offerings of products of the online shop are no legally binding propositions, but only a request to order. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking the "order" button a binding order for the goods in the shopping basket is place. The contract of purchase is concluded upon receipt of our confirmation e-mail immediately after we receive your order.

4.1 Consumers have the right of withdrawal within two weeks.

You may revoke your contratual agreement without having to provide a reason for doing so wihtin 14 days in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the object has already been delivered before the end of this period - by returning the object. Teh time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receiving the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receiving the first partial delivery) nor before we have fulfilled our obligations to provide information as defined in Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 subparagraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations as defined in § 312g subparagraph 1 clause 1BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To observe the revocation period it is sufficient to send off the revocation or dispatch the product in time. The revocation is to be addressed to:

In case of exercising your legal right of withdrawal (see instruction of withdrawal), you have to bear the common cost of the return, should the delivered goods be consistent with the order and the price of the returned goods does not exceed the amount of € 40. The same is true, should the costumer not have reciprocated or paid the instalment agreed upon by contract at the time of revocation in case of a higher price of the object. Otherwise the return would be free of charge for you.
5. Prices and shipping costs
5.1 The stated prices in the online shop do not included VAT according to §19 (small business owner). Other price components are included.
5.2 Information on additional shipping costs are to found under the heading "terms of shipment".
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery will take place with "Deutscher Post" or DHL worldwide.
6.2 Details concerning delivery time are to be found with product details.
7. Payment
7.1 Payments are to be made optionally on invoice (for registered customers from second order on), direct withdrawal, advance payment, C.O.D. service or paypal.
7.2 The right for compensation will only be granted, it your counterclaims are determined to be legally binding or unchallenged by us or acknowledged by us in writing.
7.3 You may only exercise a right of retention, if the claims are resulting from the same contractual relationship.
8. Reservation of ownership
The goods delivered shall remain our property until full payment.

When you found the product you were looking for, you may place is in your shopping cart without obligation by clicking on the button "place in shopping cart". The content of the shopping cart can be viewed anytime non-committally by clicking on "shopping cart". Each product can be deleted from the shopping cart by clicking on "delete". If you wish to buy the products your shopping cart contains, click on the button "checkout". Please enter your data. Obligatory information are marked *. Registration is not necessary. Your data will be transferred encrypted. After entering your data and choice of method of payment, you will get to the order page by clicking on the button "check entry"; here you may check your data. By clicking on the button "order" you may complete the order process. The process can be terminated by closing the browser window. You get additional information on the individual pages, concerning for example corrective actions.

Provided that you have created a clients' account, you may view your personal data anytime under "clients' log-in". Ordering data will be sent to you via email. After conclusion of the order the text of the contract will not be accessible via the internet due to safety reasons.
